- If you become a Committee Volunteer, you gain first-hand experience on how committees and task forces work.
- Gain Board Training and Leadership Development by advancing your way on to our Board of Directors.
- As a Committee Chair, you experience first-hand how to manage and lead a team, as well as build accountability.
- Ultimately we hope to create Chapter Mentors who help with our succession planning and mentoring the next generation.
